Hello,
My name is Clinton Lowe and I am a skilled actor and athlete, am good with words and can rap but mostly do performance poetry. In addition to urban dramas I have much experience w/comedy and improv. As far as credits highlights include having the humbling honor of portraying Jesus in the play, Black Jesus, and also playing a delinquent junkie in the new Ridley Scott film, American Gangster, starring Russell Crowe (whom I had a scene with while I sported an old 70's Afro-hairstyle) and Denzel Washington, which is due out later this year. I am also apart of the Negro Ensemble Company (NEC) who I toured with as a member of their traveling theatre, trained with and will perform in their new talent showcase at the end of September. NEC alumni include Denzel Washington, Samuel L. Jackson, Lawrence Fishburne, and Phylicia Rashad, to name a few. In addition to theatre and film I do commercial work too and such as the principal role I had this summer in an American Airlines commercial starring HBO's James Gandolfini of Tony Soprano fame. So Grab this Star on the Rise while you can while I'm still Young-Hot-and Hungry!

I just finished filming an Independent Film in Boston called Cubby Knowles, a film by Boston native Garth Donovan (www.garthdonovan.net). I had such a good time and fell so in love with filming in Boston I would love to have the opportunity to come back. I do live in NYC so I do expect transportation to be paid for but it's a short ride and only about $30-$60 round trip and trust me, not only would I be enthusiastic about coming up, me and my work is well worth it (just ask my last director from Boston). |
