My current project will probably end up being 40-60 mintutes long. It will be artsy & low budget, but beautifully so. I love portraying the gritty details of real life. The film is about a young girl struggling with the angst of adolescence and family tragedy in the last week of summer before she goes away to boarding school. It is in no way a new theme, but the script is tender and unique and I think it would make for a quality film. I'm looking to cast the part for the girl's best friend. She is a wise, unique, confident individual who has a lot of influence on the girl and the screenplay itself. 13-15 year old girl with personality and good acting abilities. |
