Alvaro Rosales is a composer/guitarist who graduated from Berklee College of Music (Fall '06), with a major in Film Scoring.
During his time in Berklee, Alvaro had the opportunity to study with the best teachers in the field and to apply everything he learned by writing music for commercials, video game trailers, documentaries, scenes from t.v shows such as X-Files, Cupid, Alias, Six Feet Under and also composed a score for the short film "Blue City". He also experienced the role as music editor building the music tracks for an X-Files episode and building a Tracked Score for the animated short film "More". He recorded and conducted his music on several occasions in the Berklee Film Scoring Studio, which made him to gain even more experience as a serious film composer.
All this background makes Alvaro a perfect candidate for all kinds of jobs in the film scoring industry that require talent, experience and a high level of musicianship.

I recently finished the score for the promotional video of The Assumption College in Worchester, MA.
I'm currently working on some new compositions to add to my portfolio while teaching various music courses.
Currently, I'm interested in working as composer, orchestrator, programmer or assistant to other well established composers on projects that demand talent, flexibilty and high quality results. |
