Co-Executive Producer of 20 American Dollars, LLC, independent film and theatrical production company in Boston, owned by myself and my business partner, Deb Malone.
I'm a playwright/screenwriter who has produced 5 plays at the Boston Center for the Arts (two of which I wrote) and one at the HERE Arts Center in NYC (also written by me). Also wrote and produced 3 short films, inlcuding 2 for the Boston 48 Hour Film Project. Our 2007 48 Hour Film entry (Better Off Bread) made Best-of.
Greatest strength is in writing -- specifically comedy. Also very good comedic actress about whom the Boston Globe wrote that I have, "presence in spades," and that I, "demonstrate again and again what it means to command the stage." (2/14/04 -- Sandy MacDonald, Globe Correspondent)
Currently acting as Associate Producer for 2 short trailers to be filmed at The Coolidge Theater on Sunday, August 5th. Also currently in pre-production for our newest short film, working title - The Truth Teller, tentatively scheduled for production at the end of October.

| Current Project (s) and What you're seeking (explain in more detail what "I'm Looking For"): |
My business partner and I seek to establish long-term relationships with excellent crew and actors. We write our own scripts and we produce and direct our own films (or plays, although we are phasing out of theater). However we lack technical skills (camera operation, DP skills, gaffing skills, sound...etc.) and seek people with these skills to join us in our filmmaking endeavors.
We own a Canon XL2, which is sufficient for now. As our films gain exposure and our business grows, we will upgrade. We also own some lighting equipment. Everything else we rent from Boston Camera or High Output.
We cannot pay right now, but we always feed people well, and we are laid back, professional women who create a fun set on which to work. There is no room for drama in our business off screen.
