*SEPT 4 - I AC'ed a music video ("Till You're Gone") shot on the RED ONE camera in late July; you can watch it on my main site (www.jsalvo.com). Flickr has some new portraits up as of the 2nd and 3rd weeks of August. Deep in pre production for a new film which starts shooting in a few days in NJ & NYC before coming up to Boston. For still photography I mostly shoot live music, promo, jewelry, fashion, swim suit, & noir. I keep flickr up to date; check often.
I'm a filmmaker (cinematographer) who loves experimenting and testing through still photography. I develop a lot of my looks and styles this way before applying them to my motion-picture work. |
