Writer/Director/Producer/Editor, David M.Young began his TV/Film career in New York editing for the Children's Television Workshop's SESAME STREET and 3-2-1 CONTACT. He went on to work with NYC documentary and commercial filmmakers creating programming for A&E, MTV, Nickelodeon, and national commercials for Coke, Toyota, Revlon, etc.
Later, a move to Boston began a long association with WGBH-TV, where he edited and/or Associate Produced local and national programs for PBS including drama, dance, art, and photography specials, as well as educational programs on science, nature, ecology, and health.
David M. Young began his filmmaking career in 2003 with the short LOOKING FOR MR. RIGHT which has appeared in over 80 film festivals internationally and garnered numerous national and internatiional awards. |
