The Boston Palestine Film Festival (BPFF) is a celebration of the arts and culture of Palestinians, as interpreted through film, music, photography, and poetry. It will showcase the creative work of Palestinian and non-Palestinian filmmakers, artists and performers (including youth) seeking to understand and represent the nature of life under Occupation and exile.
From September 25 - October 7, 2007, the festival will offer audiences a deep immersion into all things Palestinian via films, art exhibits, thought-provoking panels, delicious food, lively music, and generous hospitality.
The festival will be held at various theatres and exhibit venues distributed across the city of Boston, Cambridge and Brookline — creating a positive buzz about the festival throughout the area. |
