
Doug Lloyd
Doug has produced, filmed, and edited a wide range of shorts, music videos and television shows. Recent film credits include Lame (Producer, Director of Photography, Editor), an experimental Christian dark comedy currently in film festivals, and The Casket (Director, Director of Photography, Editor), a short Italian tragedy set in Brooklyn, NY, 1948. He was also the director of photography for a short entitled, The Cookie Cutter. His newest film is in post production, called Still Green (Producer / Editor).
He worked as the Art Director / Marketing Associate for the independent family comedy Freedom Park. He is currently the production designer for We Got the Beat, shooting in June of 2006.
Doug has done freelance videography for Longview Recording Studios and has shot and edited music videos and promos for artists including Will Calhoun (Living Color) and The Blue Man Group. He produced the segment, Uncovered, for the nationally aired music television show, Video Jam, featuring bands like The Doobie Brothers, Guster, Superdrag, OK Go, and Tom TC Constanten – the original keyboardist for The Grateful Dead.
As Production Coordinator for a television station in Massachusetts, he produced over five shows a week. He contributed heavily the station’s political pieces, news programs, government and community talk shows, teens in film initiatives, and other special projects.
Georgia is an independent art junkie. She has produced, marketed, art directed, and coordinated premieres for a wide range of theatres, music videos, and independent films. She is also an award winning screenwriter and nationally produced playwright.
Her screenplay Still Green, a coming of age teen drama is currently in post production. Other screenplays include, Our Numbers Alone, a historical suspense thriller, and Inside the Butterfly Net (Hampton Film Festival Screenplay Competition: Finalist: 2002, Austin Film Festival Second Rounder: 2003). Previously a playwright, her works have been produced in theaters including SoHo Repertory Theatre (NY), Tisch-Goldberg Theatre (NY), and C-MENT Children’s Theatre (CA).
She has produced, art directed and edited two short films, Lame, and The Casket. She has recently dabbled into the macabre by art directing her first horror comedy, The Cookie Cutter.
She worked as the Art Director/ Marketing Associate for the independent family comedy Freedom Park. She is currently the production designer for We Got the Beat which will begin shooting in June 2006. Working in marketing for the Austin Film Society, she helped launch the premieres for Spy Kids, and The South by South West International Film Festival: 2001. She has worked in production and stage management for theatres throughout the country, including the production of one of her own plays, John Calls, at SoHo Repertory Theatre (NY). She has designed props and sets for theatres including The Old Globe (CA), San Diego Repertory (CA), Live Arts (VA), and Pulse Ensemble Studios (NY).
