  In 12 years.... On my WORST day's in Los Angeles.... On my Worst Gigs.... Shooting PORN.... For Low Budget.... DERANGED, NAZI, SCUM-BAG, FOREIGNERS... I Made MORE Money & was TREATED BETTER..... THAN ANY GIG I HAVE BEEEN OFFERED OUT HERE IN NEW ENGLAND IN 5 YEARS!!!!!!

  I am sick of PRETENTIOUS NOBODIES demanding MEETINGS & offering NO PAYING GIGS in Return! The few offers that I have had have been for NO MONEY... Just A Bunch of TALK about BACK END DEALS that MAY make us all lots of money somewhere in the future for some FAR OFF potential Projects.... BUT FIRST.... I NEED YOU TO WORK FOR ME FOR FREE!

  That Crap talk is for LOSERS... BY LOSERS... & let me tell you...

  ONE PERSON out of 1,000,000 MAY be worth that kind of CONSIDERATION.....

  REALITY CHECK:.... In the REAL WORLD.... You don't have your toilet fixed BUT FIRST TELL THE PLUMBER you need to have a meeting with them so that YOU can CHECK THEM OUT & then explain to them that if this job PAYS NO MONEY.... BUT if it goes ok... In the future you might have several more jobs for them that are much BETTER & ACTUALLY PAY REAL MONEY!!!

  In what TWILIGHT ZONE DO THESE "ARTY FARTY"... SELF INVOLVED MORONS come from to think that this is not only NORMAL BEHAVIOR & LOGIC.......

  My last offer for work came from a Boston Business man that is running the "Boston Music Festival" and all he wanted from me was:

  Put together 5 video production crews (of at least 3 people each) to shoot at 5 different nightclubs a night at destinations All over Boston for 5 straight days covering over 130 bands, (Also needing me to SHOOT Camera Myself at one of the clubs each night) & then put together an edited show for Broadcast on Cable, then do a DVD for "Best of performances", another edit for Website exposure, & one more video for the individual bands & only wanted to set up several KEY meetings with me & the other BIG Producers, cable company & businessmen while also scouting the locations of half a dozen nightclubs!

  & get this............. HE WAS GOING TO MAKE ME A WEBSITE FOR ALL OF THIS WORK!!!!!!

  In the REAL WORLD.... NOT THE BOSTON INSANE WORLD....

  This was a $10,000 dollar gig just for myself.... And that would be a rock bottom low end price tag!

 And this guy actually had the nerve to tell me that my Credentials were IMPRESSIVE & THAT HE HAD SEEN SAMPLES OF MY WORK & WAS SURE THAT I WAS NOT ONLY TALENTED, BUT HIGHLY SKILLED & THAT I WAS THE MAN FOR THE JOB & THAT HE DESPERATELY NEEDED THE SERVICES OF SOMEONE WITH MY BACKGROUND & KNOWLEDGE!!!!!!

  & then he called me & emailed me several times BAFFLED that I wouldn't return his calls & set up Meetings with him & his people!

  & then when I Politely & calmly & Professionally explained to this MADMAN That I work for Gringo dollars & actually need to MAKE REAL MONEY to PAY actual bills because My IMAGINARY FRIENDS JUST DON'T LIVE IN MY MIND! He actually got INDIGNANT & MENTIONED THAT HE WAS POTENTIALLY GOING TO THROW A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF BUSINESS MY WAY & I WAS ACTING EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BY "BLOWING HIM & HIS OFFER OFF!"

  Now Kids.... I ain't smokin crack... & I am not Delusional, or IMAGINING THESE THINGS..... But how could any SANE HUMAN BEING SAY THIS CRAP TO SOMEBODY & NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY??????

  So I am Utterly Baffled here folks..... I have no clue as to how I'm going to Survive.... Or how I'm going to get through this drought & RUT I'm in...... But I'll tell you this kids... I am no longer going to SUFFER THESE DELUSIONAL, INSANE, EGOMANIACS OUT HERE IN BOSTON ANY LONGER!!!!!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...... I HAVE TO HOLD ON TO MY LAST SHRED OF DIGNITY & SAY "SCREW THIS BULLSHIT!"

  It's sad.... But there are so many SMALL minded people.... So many JEALOUS PEOPLE OUT HERE IN BOSTON.... SO MANY PEOPLE LIKE....  "L S" (yes, the one from your very own Beanywood site) that act, think, walk & talk like THEY are "IN THE KNOW, HOLLYWOOD SHOW BIZ PEOPLE"...

  But in fact are just very egomaniacal, jaded, close minded, Snobby, Elitist individuals that want to keep others down... refuse to Communicate (because god knows I have tried several times to get in touch with her & have always been extremely polite & Ass kissey... But this has been of no avail to me anyways)....

  & I truly Hope you Good people out there understand that this type of behavior is SYMPTOMATIC OF NARCISSISTIC, PRETENTIOUS, BETTER THAN THOU, ARTY FARTY I AM "OH SO MUCH MORE HOLLYWOOD THAN YOU CRAP" That is bringing this city into the GUTTER FASTER THAN THE TWIN TOWERS COULD FALL!

Hello All you good people out there in Boston & New England. Its your fine & friendly X-Hollywood Reject, Craig Amabello, reporting in from the local Nut house... Or is this a Crack house? I always get those two mixed up.

  Anyways, I got a PAYING GIG!.... Yippee, Yahoooo. There actually are real business people out here with money & a budget. Can you believe that? I am one of 6 cameramen shooting a band tomorrow night at the Rock 101 Sky show in Manchester NH at the Arms Park.

  The name of the group is The Gary Hoey band. They are headlining the show tomorrow night & I hear some great things about this band. Some real talented guys playing rock & roll. The buzz is that a few weeks ago Gary Hoey played an acoustic live song "Only Human" at the Rock 101 radio show & ever since then the song has been the most requested song & they have been playing it a lot & it seems like the band is really starting to take off here in New england. So being the smart guys that they seem to be, they want a video shot of this new hit of theirs, so they hired a BRILLIANT & TALENTED guy like myself, along with 5 other cameramen to capture tomorrow nights live performance at the Sky show.

  So if any of you Cool people out there wanna see some really good bands, & the Headliner "Gary Hoey".... Come on down for a FREE CONCERT courtesy of Rock 101 in Manchester NH. They have the greatest FIREWORKS Show you will ever see in New England ( Hence, the name... Rock 101's Sky Show).

  Hell, maybe you people can even say hello to me, or Throw Rocks at me, or Money... (But if your going to throw rocks at me, all I ask is that could you attach a hundred dollar bill to it, so that I can at least pay for some of my Medical bills).

   Also on another note, I have been attempting to help out some Local small business people. (Well actually, it is a girl that wants to start a stripper bachelor party company... But hell, I'm all for young, entrepreneurial women empowering themselves by starting up their own business out here in New England... So I'm always willing to lend a hand). So being the nice guy that I am, I offered her as a sign of good will & faith, to shoot some head shots of her & some sexy outfits to help promote herself on the website she is building. She told me that she has LOTS of other girls that are going to need head shots & Photography & if I shoot her stills first..... FOR FREE....... She would get me a lot of work working with other girls.... Hmmmmmmm.... Where have I heard that before?

  So anyways, I book studio time, on my dime, shoot some decent photo's of her, & the whole time I'm doing the shoot with her, she keeps mentioning that she wants to do a Porn movie. I let it slide & continue the shoot, (being the true Professional that I am) & she continues to mention her desire to do a Porno movie through out the entire still shoot. So I finally tell her, "Look, if you want to do a porn, well fine, we'll book another date & do a video shoot then". Long story short, I finish the shoot, go home, burn a cd, send them out to her that night & I wait a week...... & never hear a word from her. I finally email her, asking how she liked the photo's & she said there were some really nice pictures that I took, but she wished the lighting was better on some of the other pictures. (hell, I admit, my weakness is in lighting & we rushed through the shoot in 2 hours). Then she tells me, "When I learn how to light better, she MIGHT let me do a Porn movie of her!.... & then she stated that ALL these other girls that wanted head shots before were now suddenly only TWO girls & that they wouldn't be available for a few months!".... The Gall of some people.... I was totally SCAMMED by this young chick & you wonder why it is that I FAILED in HOLLYWOOD!

  Then just last week, I received an email from a model that said she wanted me to do a shoot of her for the suicide girls website. She said she needed 3 sets of pictures & suicide girls would pay $800.00 for the entire shoot. She stated that she had no money to pay me but that if I would shoot these stills for her on SPEC, that she would split the $800.00 with me once she got paid. I reluctantly agreed, (still having a bad taste in my mouth after last months still shoot with the little scam artist stripper girl). So I call her & tell her that I have booked studio time & was ready to do the shoot & she explains to me that she wants to do the shoot out doors NAKED at a local cemetery! I tell her that I am not comfortable with that because we would be breaking the law doing nudity out in a public place & that is not how I do business. (As whacky as I may appear to you people, I truly am a professional, & always work within the law). My gigs may seem weird to some, but I WILL SHOOT ALMOST ANYTHING, as long as it is LEGAL... This is how I learned to survive out in Hollywood, & you have to understand that I do not JUDGE people by the gigs I do, or what they do... A job is a job & I always do the best that I can to be professional, do a great job & to treat clients with courtesy, dignity & respect. It is not for me to judge what others do..... And if a client wants to hang upside down, naked, with her hair on fire & crocodiles snapping at her head.... Well that is just fine with me, as long as they understand exactly what it is they are getting into & how potentially dangerous something like this may be! Anyways...... After booking studio time again, & explaining what we could shoot at the studio to this wanna-be suicide girl.... She completely blows me off & I never hear from her again!

  So does this give you people some kind of clue as to why I am a failure in life, with my show biz career, with my directing, with my video & photography business.... & my UTTER FAILURE IN HOLLYWOOD? After all these years in show biz..... I am still naive & foolish enough to take people at their word. To allow people to LIE to me... To SCAM me..... because I still want to believe in people & take them at their word & not try to judge them.... When the hell will I EVER LEARN???????

  Well, that's all I have to say for now good people of Boston.... I hope some of you out there are being productive... Making money... Creating some cool, Fun Art...... I know I am still struggling everyday to barely get by, but I refuse to quit!.... But I have to admit.... there isn't a day that goes by that I don't wish I was back in Hollywood!

  These days, porn is on everyones mind it seems. From wholesome young kids in school, middle aged working women joking at the office, to creepy old perverted men working lonely 3rd shift security jobs. So why should Kevin Smith be any different?

  Kevin Smith is the writer/director of Clerks I & II and many other funny, successful flicks. He tells the average males down & out loser stories better than most, and has an empathy for that kind of character.

  So it is of no surprise that his latest flick, "Zak and Miri make a porno", a 25 million dollar budgeted feature from the Weinstein Co. is going into production January 2008 in Pittsburgh Penn.

  kevin calls it "a love story. Zak and Miri just want to make a good old-fashioned dirty movie because they are in deep financial trouble and need to raise money fast.”

  The film will star Seth Rogen (knocked up) and Elizabeth Banks (The 40 year old virgin) along with Jason Mewes (kevin's long time side kick "Jay" from Clerks I and II and Jay and Silent Bob go to hollywood fame). There are several other key pieces of casting not yet revealed. Kevin Smith stated: “I can’t wait to reveal the rest of the cast. A key piece of the puzzle just fell into place yesterday, and it’s a genius bit of casting. This is gonna be fun”.

  Is this movie a gamble? I think not. Porn is everywhere. Porn is legitimate. It's not something dirty, hidden under your uncles bed anymore. Porn has become so acceptable to the masses that the average person can talk openly about it at the office, or see references to it on network television on a daily basis. This is all thanks to the Internet, which from day one, has fed the porn hungry masses and has brought hardcore pornography into practically everybody's homes.

  kevin never hid his love of porn. Starting from Clerks I, with the video clerk ordering despicable porn titles such as anal rump rangers in front of a horrified women patron, to Clerks II where they put on a full blown donkey porn show. Porn references were always littered through out his scripts. Anyone that was paying attention could see where he was heading with all of this.

  If anyone can pull this off, a main stream, big budget flick about porn, Kevin Smith just might be the man to do it. He has the average mans sensibilities. He knows how to speak to, and reach his audience. With this movie, Kevin has just decided to take his love of porn and the average persons love of porn, to the next logical step.

  Is this the first big budget mainstream porn movie to reach the masses? No... It has been done before: National Lampoon's "Barely Legal" released in 2005 was about 3 high schoolers that made their own porn and it did alright business, but it wasn't a huge success.

 The Weinstein brothers are no dummy's. They know the time is right to make a blockbuster out of a main stream movie about porn, and Kevin Smith is the perfect director to help bring it all together.

   This does bum me out a little, because I have been threatening to make a mainstream  comedy about the porn world for years. Leave it to Kevin Smith to beat Craig Amabello to the punch.... But he has far more experience and skill at these things than I do. This is what I get for sitting on my ass and not actually getting to work on MY script and start shooting MY own movie about the porn world..... A world in which I am most intimately acquainted.... But I'm sure there's room for several blockbuster movies about porn and I am hoping that mine will be one of them!

Yes folks, you heard it hear first... Craig Amabello found a job as an editor at a Boston productionfacility!

  Do you know what this means?

  I can finally stop beating up & robbing helpless old ladies as they leave Wal-mart with their prescriptions... I mean money.

  I no longer have to sell crack to school children... (kids these days aren't really into crack that much because they are all high on mommies prescriptions from Wal-mart)... Remember, Wal-marts the kinder, gentler people store... They won't allow dirty words, or nudity that would pervert fragile little minds... But they have no problem selling GUNS & DRUGS to the Filthy masses to blow holes in both your MIND & BODY!

  America... What a concept..... Ya just gotta love the Lunacy of it...

  As I now have a full time job editing Commercials for the web I can finally start paying for my real Addiction...... craigstv. I have been attempting to get my web channel off the ground for many years now & it looks like I'm about to start reaching phase one of a multiphase project!

  With the pennies I will be earning from my editing gig, I can afford studio time, tape stock, wardrobe & props to kick off my deranged & whacky web shows. It will be quite raw, wild, raunchy, disturbing & yet, artful, delicate, educational, informative & Delicious....

  My shows will have lots of Web Cuties.... Hunky men... Serious Humor & wonderful Rock & Roll for the Masses to laugh... Scream... Boo & Hiss at.

  I promise there will be something disturbing for everyone. The most discriminating of tastes should be shocked, mortified, horrified & slack jawed once I am through with my over the top Dark, twisted brand of Sickness & humor.

  Remember kids... It only took me 3 damn years to find a real job in film & video production on the internet.... I hope YOU people have much better luck than I.

Hello there Beanywood. Yours truly here, Craig Amabello demented reporter and X-Hollywood reject reporting in live, from the Bat cave.

  Its starting to feel like Hollywood all over again. I'm liking that feeling. Calls, meetings, bookings, emails with all kinds of eclectic people, places & gigs.

  September is off to an auspicious start. Phone talks with a long time Massachusetts producer who handed me a gig shooting some local bands for the locobazooka show (featuring Black Sabbath & Alice Cooper) set for next weekend at the Tweeter center.

  A Nice young sweet girl emailed me late last night & said that she needs some publicity stills so that she can try to break into the porn business out in Los Angeles. (thats the 4th girl in 3 weeks that I met that said they were heading off to Hollywood.... Poor kids... little do they know.... The lure of Hollywood to most people... is worse than Heroin is to a Junky).

  A presidential campaign committee gentleman has set up a meeting with me next week to talk about shooting some spots for Tv & Web promo's for a candidate he is handling.

  And a Director in Boston that is working on a cool Mob movie wants me to DP for him next week. Hell, its a No/Lo-pay gig, but if I can fit a couple days into my schedule, I thought it might be interesting to work with some real local film makers out here. (So far all of my attempts to hitch up with Boston film makers have ended up as total abortions. Maybe this one will be different).

  My life is, & always has been, a Hollywood B-movie. A movie that I will soon upgrade into a real life A-List Blockbuster Franchise. Honestly, I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried. Its pretty damn weird being me... But then again It must be pretty damn weird being Owen Wilson to!

  See what Hollywood does to people. And so many of you fine Boston folks can't wait to run out there & get run over by the damn freight train that is Hollywood.

  LA does strange things to good people.

  After several years of being back east & getting absolutely nowhere, I am finally, just now, starting to pick up steam again.
