These are basic rules that we will help you make the best impression, and also lessen the likelihood of getting your profile deactivated. If you have already written a resume anywhere (just copy and paste), it takes about 3 minutes.

1. Upload your portrait image . It makes you recognizable in person.

2. Fill out your profile (Bio and Experience/Training). Definitely fill out Appearance if you want to be consider for any performer roles regardless of acting background (e.g. extras, asked to act because you have a certain key look, etc.).

3. If you select any items in "I'm Looking for" definitely explain in more detail under "Current Projects." Otherwise, you increase dramatically the likelihood of getting deactivated.
It's akin to choosing to waste other people's times, and thus lowering the value of the database. You want to tempt us, be our guest. :)

4. If you do the above, you're cool. At your choice, load up any additional headshots, movie set pics, and videos . Invite your associates, collaborators and friends to join your network (if you use the Invite tool, they will be automatically added to your network when they join), and to post testimonials about collaborations with you. Each of these will greatly improve the value of your profile.
