Basically, if you support the Boston Film movement, we will do our earnest to ensure your success.
Ways to show your love? At a basic level, make sure your profile is complete, with pics (so people can recognize you in person), videos, headshots, with fully filled out info about your skills, experience, training and what you're looking for ("Update your profile") . We want people to come across as professional, with plenty of pics and info about themselves, connected with their associates, and if not, if just beginning, at least honest about what they're looking for and where they're at. You can also invite your associates and friends to join ("Invite friends to your network").
Then, if you want us to consider someone for the spotlight, click on the About Us link and nominate someone. If you've taken care of those basic things above, we'll give you much, much added attention. Similarly when you send an event to the public calendar, we'll approve it. If you'd like us to cover or highlight an event on the front page and the newsletter so it reaches thousands of people, also let us know by contacting us.
The exception to this rule of exposure and promotion is if you want to promote an online service (e.g. say youtube 2.0). If so, first drop us an email directly to

There are so many such services, and we'll have to be convinced it is particularly relevant.
