It’s better to open up a place nearby where your market is. Most people do not like to travel that much. I hate to say this, but most people are lazy these days. You really do have to come to them, not the other way around.

6) You should do an inventory of all the costs need to start it all up. Some business owners don’t always take this into consideration. Some end up biting off more than they can chew. Please make sure your can cover all your costs. Yes, it’s good to have investors to help you out, but this is not their main goal. They are just investing in your place. It’s up to you to cover everything. If you can not cover all your costs, this is going to show others you are not serious. It’s also going to show others you are not fully prepared.
